Customers are responsible for providing a full, valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery of their purchase. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not think that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Nikes-jordan.com will not be held responsible for returned orders due in part by customers' negligence.

Nikes-jordan.com packages will be delivered either by UPS, TNT, USPS or DHL. Nikes-jordan.com will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or damaged products during the delivery of the product(s) (rare instance).

Once payment has been received, it will go through a 48-72 hour processing period. Within 24-48 hours from placing the order, customers must contact Nikes-jordan.com regarding any acceptable changes or issues with the order (no guarantees that it will be able to go into effect, however, but we will do our best). Once the processing phase is complete, please allow 1-3 weeks for arrival of merchandise, usually closer to the one week estimate. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once they have been processed and/or shipped.

Nikes-jordan.com customers can request a tracking number by contacting us through email once a 5-day span has passed since payment was received.


Shipping, Returns, Etc.

If you payed with a money order, you must provide your full address, phone, and product(s) purchased.

Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in a completely unworn condition.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange may include, but is not limited to, the following:
1) Factory defect on the shoes.
2) Wrong shoe style/color/size was shipped (due to an error made by Nikes-jordan.com).

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
1) Color(s) of the shoes are darker/lighter than displayed.
2) Handbag had minor color differences from the picture.
3) Handbag do not fit (due to an error made by the customer).
4) Damaged or used handbag after usage by the customer.

If reason for exchange is acceptable, customer must notify Nikes-jordan.com within three business days after receiving their products if they wish to make an exchange. To make an exchange, the customer must contact Nikes-jordan.com for details, and will be required to send the goods to our exchange processing center. Customers pays for shipping.

Nikes-jordan.com does not issue refunds on any orders, only exchanges falling within our guidelines. The only time Nikes-jordan.com issues a refund, is if a dupicate order has been made accidently and is forwarded to our attention within 48 hours, or before the shipment of the order. Acceptable reasons for exchanges are listed above.
