1.We are in no way responsible for any actions of the Customs in your country.
2.If your package is held at Customs in your country, we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do about it and you will not be offered a refund. but if any trouble in Customs of China, we will resend your goods.
3.All packages must be signed for. If no one is at home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
4. In some instances, there will be a Customs charge applied to your package, buyer is responsible for all Customs charge( duty and tax) applied to the package.
